Chatham House

Chatham House, also known as the Royal Institute of International Affairs is based in London's St James Square.

The listed building was home to three Prime Ministers, William Pitt the Elder, Edward Stanley and William Gladstone.

Current: Live Maintenance Contract - 3 years

Scubair have been responsible for the design and installation of the air conditioning to various offices and meeting rooms since 2006; we have successfully installed Toshiba and Mitsubishi VRF systems as well as individual split systems.

Ceiling cassettes and wall mounted units have been installed, often working outside normal working hours, or in occupied areas, ensuring at all times that disruption to personnel is kept to a minimum and that the original historic structure was maintained.

Due to the location of the building, lifting plant onto the roof using a crane was not permitted. Therefore, the larger condensers were dismantled and rebuilt once situated on the roof.

Scubair currently maintain all the air condition and ventilation on site.
